Nothing to report today as once again, the irritatingly news-free BC are busily beavering away at their brand nu toons…(all to be revealed soon )….So I am again left with little to say. As I can’t be arsed for a fully fledged rant today I have decided to follow the cliché of the blogging geek and make a list of the things that are irritating, bugging or thoroughly annoying the shit out of me this week…So here we go… Annie Lennox- The preachy caterwauling self-proclaimed diva has managed to release a single so woefully out of time it is an embarrassment to anyone who posses ears. ‘Let my sisters sing’ she wails like a born again suffregette. Frankly if this is what your ‘sister’ sounds like then it’s probably a good idea to tell her to shut the fuck up.
BBC TV Centre – They’re selling it to save money, yet BBC3 keeps getting funding! If I wanted to watch Little Fucking Britain and ‘Two pints of lager and a desperately unfunny packet of shite’ four hundred times a night I’d buy the DVD’s or, preferably, dig my own eyes out with a splintered wooden spoon.
Prefab bands Re-uniting – Following in the slipstream of Take That’s re-entry into the Poptastic stratosphere a whole slew of over the hill boy/girl bands are wading into the market. Spice Girls (or aging Spice Hags, if you will), West ‘twatting’ Life, even East 17 are all throwing themselves forward. People, please stop buying this bollocks! You are only encouraging them. Please be brave and go do something more constructive, such as ripping off your own ears as they are quite clearly useless.
